Description

  • Handle inbound calls with potential clients and their families and lead consultations toward one-call closes when possible.
  • Manage a busy pipeline of consultations with urgency and consistent follow-through.
  • Relentlessly follow up with qualified leads who have not yet retained the firm.
  • Explain the firm’s services, value, and process clearly so clients understand next steps.
  • Navigate objections related to cost, timing, uncertainty, or consulting others and steer conversations toward decisions.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and keep the lead pipeline organized and actionable.
  • Support client demand during evenings and weekends when time-sensitive opportunities arise.
  • Work closely with leadership to prioritize leads, improve performance, and strengthen the client experience.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of successful sales experience in commission-based or incentive-driven environments.
  • Experience as a strong closer in high-ticket B2C sales, such as rehab admissions, luxury automotive, real estate, or similar industries.
  • Ability to handle emotionally charged or high-stress conversations with empathy and emotional intelligence.
  • A proven track record of converting qualified opportunities by asking for the sale with urgency.
  • Strong resilience, persistence, and proactive follow-up habits.
  • Clear and confident communication skills for controlling conversations and handling objections.
  • Comfort using CRM systems such as Lawmatics to manage pipeline and track activity.
  • High ethical standards, sound judgment, and professionalism suitable for a legal setting.
  • Willingness to be available during evenings and weekends when necessary.
  • Legal experience is not required.
