Description

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls daily with urgency, care, and expertise.
  • Convert potential customers into subscribers through consultative selling and objection handling.
  • Use provided hardware and software, including laptops, headsets, Salesforce CRM, Microsoft applications, and the Five9 adapter, to document calls and activities.
  • Listen carefully to customer needs, establish value, and make strong recommendations during the sales process.
  • Maintain a high standard of personal and professional ethics while delivering strong sales results.
  • Meet or exceed a minimum of 75 sales calls in an 8.5-hour shift.
  • Work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
  • Participate in a team-oriented remote culture through video meetings, events, and coaching sessions.

Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Permanent residency required in one of these states: AZ, DE, FL, GA, KY, MA, MD, MI, NJ, OH, PA, SC, ID, IL, NC, NM, NV, UT, WV, TN, or TX.
  • Passion for generating sales; call center experience is preferred.
  • Strong rapport-building skills and the ability to meet customer needs in a sincere and ethical manner.
  • Competitive spirit with the ability to meet and exceed company and personal sales goals.
  • Computer proficient with the ability to multitask.
  • Must satisfactorily complete a background and employment history investigation and drug screening.
  • Excellent voice communication skills and a coachable, goal-driven attitude.
