Description

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with urgency, care, and professionalism.
  • Empathize with customers and help resolve outstanding issues.
  • Renegotiate agreement terms as part of retention efforts.
  • Use active listening and ownership to prevent voluntary disconnect requests.
  • Manage inbound emails and phone calls related to customer concerns.
  • Execute, monitor, and coordinate repricing for designated customers.
  • Communicate clearly in both oral and written form.
  • Identify customer needs and provide solutions and follow-up within required time limits.
  • Make independent decisions to resolve customer issues and concerns.
  • Consistently achieve sales targets while managing multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Permanent residency required in one of these states: AZ, DE, FL, GA, KY, KS, MA, MD, MI, NJ, OH, PA, SC, ID, IL, NC, WV, or TX.
  • Pass background/employment history investigation and drug screening.
  • Experience in a call center environment with a passion for generating sales.
  • Ability to build rapport and meet customer needs in a sincere and ethical manner.
  • Competitive spirit with a history of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Computer proficiency with the ability to multitask.
  • Strong voice communication skills, problem-solving ability, and time management skills.
  • Coachable, goal-driven, and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Weekend rotation availability and ability to work Monday through Friday, 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST.
