Description

  • Move between deal execution and recurring FP&A work as business priorities shift throughout the year.
  • Build and own valuation, capital structure, and transaction models, including pro forma combined financial statements and financing scenarios.
  • Manage financial diligence workstreams, including EBITDA normalization, working capital analysis, and review of management adjustments.
  • Track post-transaction integration performance against plan and report results with the FP&A team.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly lender reporting, including financial statements, covenant compliance calculations, and supporting schedules.
  • Contribute to the monthly financial reporting package and cash forecasting process.
  • Partner with FP&A leadership on long-range planning, capital allocation, and evaluation of organic growth investments.
  • Synthesize complex analysis into actionable insights and executive-ready materials.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, transaction services, or corporate development at a PE-backed company.
  • Demonstrated experience with complex transaction modeling and financial diligence.
  • Advanced Excel modeling experience, including three-statement, LBO, accretion/dilution, and sources & uses models.
  • Direct experience in a B2B SaaS or recurring-revenue business, with understanding of growth drivers and unit economics.
  • Comfort owning recurring operating-finance deliverables such as monthly reporting, cash forecasting, and lender/covenant reporting.
  • Strong grasp of GAAP, adjusted EBITDA methodology, and quality-of-earnings concepts.
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to translate analysis into executive-ready materials.
  • Willingness to work overlapping U.S. Eastern hours during active transaction phases.
  • Prior experience supporting U.S.-based sponsors or sponsor-backed corporates is preferred.
  • Experience with lender and covenant reporting in a leveraged or sponsor-backed environment is preferred.
  • CFA is preferred.
