Description

  • Evaluate, prioritize, and monitor AI-related investments with business and technology leaders.
  • Analyze AI operating costs, including token consumption, model usage, software licensing, infrastructure, and third-party vendor spend.
  • Support annual and long-range capital expenditure planning for technology and facilities.
  • Monitor technology and AI investment budgets against approved spending plans.
  • Develop forecasts and reporting for capital projects and strategic technology initiatives.
  • Track project performance against approved business cases and expected returns.
  • Build relationships with corporate leaders and partner closely with IT, AI, Facilities, and Accounting teams.
  • Support the monthly close process in partnership with the accounting team.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly internal reporting for owners and senior management.
  • Perform ad hoc analyses for senior management and help automate processes to improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Strategic Finance, Business Analytics, Technology Finance, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience understanding AI economics, including token-based consumption models, API pricing, software licensing, cloud infrastructure costs, and related financial implications.
  • Experience in cloud computing, software, SaaS, or technology finance environments.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present clearly to management.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
  • Intellectual curiosity and willingness to seek out projects independently.
  • Experience in AI, software/engineering, business services, advertising, media, technology services, or public relations is a plus.
