Description

  • Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS agreements, master service agreements, partnership contracts, vendor agreements, and other commercial contracts.
  • Maintain and improve contract templates, commercial contracting playbooks, and related workflows.
  • Draft and review privacy-related documents including data processing agreements, privacy policies, terms of use, and risk assessments.
  • Assist in integrating AI tools into legal workflows, including contract review automation.
  • Support contract lifecycle management and optimize the use of contract management tools.
  • Manage ad hoc legal projects and support broader legal team initiatives.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active bar membership in good standing.
  • 2+ years of practical experience negotiating commercial contracts in a law firm, in-house setting, or both.
  • Ability to independently manage and negotiate commercial contracts with customers and vendors.
  • Familiarity with data privacy, intellectual property, and regulatory issues, including GDPR and CCPA.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and understanding of legal and business risks in contracts.
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Remote U.S. location with EST or CST preferred.
