Description

  • Take end-to-end accountability for delivering complex, multi-workstream data and analytics engagements across the Australian client portfolio.
  • Own the full project management lifecycle, including scoping, planning, resourcing, execution, quality assurance, and closure across multiple accounts.
  • Define and enforce delivery standards, change control procedures, and escalation frameworks across active engagements.
  • Maintain real-time visibility into delivery health, proactively flagging risks, resolving blockers, and balancing competing priorities.
  • Lead sprint planning, stand-ups, and delivery reviews with offshore squads to maintain momentum and accountability.
  • Identify delivery gaps and inefficiencies, then build systems, templates, and playbooks to solve them at scale.
  • Establish repeatable delivery frameworks such as onboarding, QA checklists, and handover protocols.
  • Run retrospectives and lessons learned sessions after key milestones and turn insights into action.
  • Partner with onshore Engagement Managers to communicate delivery context clearly to clients and stakeholders.
  • Support SOW scoping, effort estimates, resource plans, and delivery assumptions, and contribute to invoicing inputs such as milestones, hours logged, and sign-offs.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in technical project delivery, engagement management, or digital consulting, preferably in data, analytics, or MarTech.
  • Proven ability to run complex, multi-workstream projects with strict governance, change control, and quality standards.
  • Track record of identifying delivery problems and building systems to solve them, not just fixing symptoms.
  • Experience leading and developing offshore or cross-functional teams, with the ability to hold people accountable with empathy.
  • Strong understanding of data and analytics platforms such as GA4, Adobe Analytics, GCP, and BigQuery, with the ability to QA technical outputs.
  • Clear, structured communication skills with the ability to synthesize delivery complexity into concise updates for internal and client stakeholders.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
  • Exposure to Agile delivery frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban, plus experience running hybrid delivery models.
  • Experience building and scaling delivery processes in a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Google Marketing Platform, Adobe Experience Platform, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with Australian enterprise clients or in a global delivery model is a plus.
