Description

  • Serve as primary point of contact and client team lead for 2–5 Monks clients, owning client communications including onboardings and renewal calls.
  • Manage day-to-day paid search account activities, analysis, and tactical optimizations to meet client KPIs.
  • Drive revenue and retention outcomes for assigned accounts and participate in forecasting and planning.
  • Build, launch, monitor, and continuously optimize paid search campaigns across Google, Bing, and other platforms to client-driven KPIs (e.g., CPL, MQL, SAL, CAC, ROAS).
  • Lead budget pacing, optimization implementation, and assist with budget planning and product mix allocation.
  • Develop, create, and execute robust testing plans and innovate tactics and strategies to improve performance.
  • Analyze performance data and KPIs and create regular reporting, including delivering quarterly performance reviews for direct reports.
  • Run weekly team meetings, provide training on new features/services, and create best practices and process documentation to scale team performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of direct paid search client management experience, including strategy development, execution, and client relationship management.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, Performance Max, and Demand Gen campaigns.
  • Strong project management, attention to detail, and clear communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of marketing attribution and alternative measurement methodologies.
  • Experience with analytics and tagging tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and/or Salesforce data connections.
  • Experience presenting digital marketing strategy to C-suite and executive audiences.
  • Familiarity with optimizations based on offline conversion tracking.
  • Comfort with data analysis and spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) and a strong numbers-driven mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Preferred: experience supporting B2B clients; managing budgets of $50,000–$500,000 per month; running app campaigns and demand generation campaigns; familiarity with SA360. Also note this role is subject to Monks’ Return to Office policy for commutable employees.
