Description

Concept original ideas and pressure-test them across screens, scrolls, and user interactions.
Design polished UI components and screens in Figma with a high standard of craft and consistency.
Translate brand strategies into functional user journeys, including flows, states, motion, and edge cases.
Integrate AI tools into ideation, copywriting, image generation, and rapid prototyping workflows.
Prototype ideas quickly using Figma, light code, or AI-based workflows for client and pitch presentations.
Build presentation decks that combine visual storytelling, design rationale, and copy.
Collaborate with art direction, copy, UX, motion, and engineering teams to preserve the core creative idea through launch.
Provide day-to-day guidance and constructive feedback to junior and mid-level designers.
Present concepts and design work to leadership and clients, explaining both the idea and why it works.

Requirements

Around 5+ years of experience in digital design, UI/UX, or creative roles in an agency, studio, or in-house environment.
A portfolio that demonstrates both campaign work and digital platforms.
Expert-level fluency in Figma and strong modern component design thinking.
Strong digital design fundamentals, including typography, grid, layout, color theory, and responsive design.
Ability to think emotionally for brand campaigns and logically for complex digital systems and content ecosystems.
Practical experience using AI tools across image, video, copy, or prototyping, with sound judgment on when to use them.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including narrative building, design rationales, and live presentation.
A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently while remaining collaborative and ego-free.
Confidence handling feedback, iterating quickly, and making tough creative tradeoffs when needed.
Code literacy in HTML/CSS or strong experience partnering with engineering teams is a plus.
Motion design experience with After Effects or Principle, or exposure to 3D/WebGL, is a plus.
Experience creating work where AI is integrated as a user-facing product feature is a plus.
