Description

  • Serve as the main point of contact and channel lead for assigned clients while supporting the broader team on projects.
  • Own revenue and retention responsibilities for managed accounts.
  • Participate in onboarding, renewal calls, and other key client communications.
  • Drive account strategy, forecasting, and planning.
  • Analyze performance data, KPIs, and backend sales data to inform business outcomes.
  • Develop weekly client meeting materials to track progress toward client goals.
  • Maintain high standards of service quality across client accounts.
  • Contribute to process changes, rollouts, best practices, and process documentation.
  • Assist with trainings on new features and services.
  • Develop innovative paid social tactics and strategies that improve performance.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of direct paid social client management experience.
  • Experience developing and executing Meta and TikTok advertising strategies.
  • Experience managing client relationships in a paid social environment.
  • Experience analyzing backend sales data to drive business outcomes.
  • Comfort analyzing data in Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and Excel.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills for executive audiences.
  • Experience stepping into leadership roles and supporting team success.
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and pixel integrations (plus).
  • Experience with creative reporting platforms such as Motion (plus).
  • Experience managing paid social budgets of $100,000+ in monthly ad spend (plus).
