Description

  • Serve as the main point of contact and client channel lead for managed accounts.
  • Own revenue and retention responsibilities for client accounts.
  • Participate in onboarding, renewal calls, and other client communications.
  • Drive account strategy, forecasting, and planning.
  • Analyze performance data and KPIs to track progress toward client goals.
  • Develop weekly client meeting materials and updates.
  • Maintain high standards of service quality across accounts.
  • Contribute to process changes, rollouts, and team projects.
  • Assist with training on new features and services.
  • Create best practices and help develop process documentation.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of direct paid social client management experience.
  • Experience with Meta and TikTok advertising strategy development and execution.
  • Experience managing client relationships in paid social advertising.
  • Experience analyzing backend sales data to drive business outcomes.
  • Comfort using Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and Excel spreadsheets.
  • Strong ability to present digital marketing strategy to executive audiences.
  • Experience stepping into leadership roles and supporting team success.
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Preferred: expertise in Google Analytics and pixel integrations.
  • Preferred: experience with creative reporting platforms such as Motion.
  • Preferred: direct management of paid social budgets of $100,000+ in monthly ad spend.
