Description

  • Lead a diverse squad of engineering professionals.
  • Provide ongoing feedback, guidance, and support to help team members overcome obstacles and improve skills.
  • Plan and coordinate task and responsibility distribution across the squad.
  • Monitor task and project progress and adjust priorities and allocations as needed to maintain timelines.
  • Ensure clear communication of project requirements, feedback, deadlines, and scope changes between clients and the team.
  • Hold team meetings to align tasks, discuss progress, and resolve blockers.
  • Define project priorities and allocate resources according to goals and deadlines.
  • Track project execution to ensure work stays on schedule and within budget.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients and other departments to align expectations and share status updates.
  • Identify and solve technical and operational issues that arise during project delivery.
  • Support team development by identifying training needs and fostering professional growth.
  • Review and optimize internal processes to improve efficiency and work quality.

Requirements

  • Experience planning, organizing, and managing projects.
  • Ability to manage schedules, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Trello.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to prepare clear and concise reports and presentations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different departments and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies is considered a plus.
