Description

  • Manage the end-to-end post-production workflow from editor assignment through final delivery.
  • Coordinate editors by communicating project expectations, creative direction, client goals, technical requirements, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Ensure editors receive all necessary footage, assets, references, and supporting materials to begin work.
  • Build and manage production schedules, assign editing work, balance workloads, and remove bottlenecks.
  • Organize and maintain project documentation, assets, deadlines, and workflow updates in monday.com, Frame.io, and other systems.
  • Create and manage editor contracts, project agreements, and assignment documentation as needed.
  • Monitor project progress and communicate updates, risks, blockers, and delivery timelines to internal teams.
  • Review deliverables for quality, formatting, technical specifications, and alignment with client briefs.
  • Deliver completed video assets on time and ensure they meet client expectations and project requirements.
  • Maintain clear, professional communication while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced remote environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Economics, Data Science, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Production Coordinator or 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Experience in a creative studio, agency, or video post-production environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and moving pieces at the same time.
  • Calm, professional, and solution-oriented under pressure.
  • Direct, professional, and clear communication style with the ability to hold team members accountable collaboratively.
  • Comfort working independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience using monday.com, Slack, Frame.io, Google Drive, or similar workflow and communication platforms.
  • Understanding of the video production and post-production process.
  • Ability to communicate creative direction, timelines, and project requirements clearly to editors.
  • Strong follow-through and ability to identify scheduling or communication issues before they become blockers.

  • Base salary range of $75,000 to $85,000, depending on experience, location, and internal equity.
