Description

  • Design end-to-end product experiences, including flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
  • Build and maintain consistent design patterns and contribute to design systems.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and clients to deliver usable interfaces.
  • Translate briefs and requirements into clear, well-reasoned design solutions.
  • Iterate designs based on feedback and usability findings.
  • Maintain high quality and consistency across products.
  • Work alongside AI coding agents such as Claude Code and Codex in an agentic engineering workflow.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product or UI design experience with a strong portfolio of shipped work.
  • Fluency with Figma.
  • Strong foundations in typography, color, layout, and interaction design.
  • Experience designing web application interfaces rather than only marketing assets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong English communication skills at B2+ level for presenting design rationale.
  • User-focused, detail-oriented, collaborative, and curious approach to design.
  • Experience with design systems at scale, prototyping, or motion design preferred.
  • Some frontend literacy in HTML, CSS, or React preferred.
  • Experience designing AI-powered products and strong accessibility knowledge preferred.
  • Fluency working alongside AI coding agents preferred.
