Description

  • Own the vision and roadmap for the Employ, JazzHR, Lever, and Jobvite web domains.
  • Align web strategy to business goals, buyer journeys, and pipeline targets.
  • Drive conversion rate optimization across landing pages, site flows, and key conversion paths.
  • Own organic growth strategy, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, AEO, and GEO.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Content to improve site messaging and audience alignment.
  • Continuously refine site structure, navigation, and user flows to improve discoverability and conversion.
  • Ensure each brand remains distinct while maintaining consistency and scalability across the web ecosystem.
  • Build and scale an experimentation culture using A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Define and track web KPIs such as traffic quality, engagement, conversion, and pipeline contribution.
  • Oversee web development and technical execution to ensure the site is scalable and aligned with best practices.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in web strategy, growth, or digital experience roles within B2B SaaS or tech.
  • HR tech experience is a plus.
  • Proven experience owning a website or web program end-to-end, including strategy, execution, and performance optimization.
  • Strong track record of improving web conversion rates through testing, optimization, and user behavior insights.
  • Deep understanding of SEO fundamentals and awareness of AI-driven search and GEO.
  • Strong instincts for content, messaging, and user experience.
  • Demonstrated success managing internal teams, external agencies, consultants, and vendors.
  • Comfort working with analytics tools and using data to inform decisions and prioritize work.
  • Familiarity with web development, Vercel, Sanity, Google Analytics, SEMRush, and Prompt Watch.
  • Experience managing multiple sites or brands within a single ecosystem is a plus.
