Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain APIs, integrations, and services using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Workato.
  • Build complex DataWeave transformations for data manipulation and orchestration.
  • Write custom Java functionality when required capabilities are not available in MuleSoft.
  • Participate in the full software development life cycle from requirements gathering through deployment and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Implement security, encryption, and authentication for integrations and APIs.
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve integration and API issues.
  • Monitor and optimize integration and API performance.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Participate in code reviews and stay current on MuleSoft and Workato releases and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience as a MuleSoft Developer, ideally with Workato or a similar platform.
  • Strong knowledge of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, Workato, MuleSoft Anypoint Studio, and related technologies.
  • Experience with SOAP and REST web services, RAML, and complex data transformation using DataWeave.
  • Experience writing custom Java functionality not available in MuleSoft.
  • Working knowledge of PL/SQL in an RDBMS such as SQL Server, Oracle, or similar databases.
  • Knowledge of integration patterns and best practices.
  • Experience with agile methodologies.
  • MuleSoft Developer certification is a plus.
  • Workato certifications are a plus.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure is preferred.
  • Proficiency in API management and governance is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices is preferred.
