Description

  • Lead and motivate a newly formed team focused on content and AI innovation.
  • Oversee the delivery and execution of ideas across platforms using AI production methods and technology.
  • Attract, develop, and deploy internal production talent to maximize content and production quality.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and within margin targets.
  • Drive creative development with an AI-enabled, production-led approach.
  • Integrate AI content capabilities into pitch processes and align pitches with global vision and strategy.
  • Serve as a consistent representative of the studio across teams and disciplines.
  • Ensure AI processes are deployed and delivered effectively.
  • Provide AI service enablement to Client.Monks teams to support continuous growth.
  • Guide complex development efforts across AI and innovation funnels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in print/photo, motion, social and digital, and post-production/content production.
  • Progressively expanding experience in an advertising agency or high-tech environment.
  • 5+ years of experience in an agency capacity.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong project management skill set.
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
  • Mastery in at least two discipline areas such as motion, interactive, emerging media, art buying/print production, or programming.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including AI, IDD, and PS.
  • Willingness to learn AI-approved tool stacks and build new craft processes.
