Description

  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Customer Success, and Sales to define customer problems, business goals, user workflows, technical constraints, and success metrics.
  • Design end-to-end healthcare operations workflows, including intake, routing, task management, provider actions, admin review, exception handling, and decision support.
  • Create product experiences that make automation and AI outputs understandable, trustworthy, and actionable for users.
  • Stay involved through build and QA to ensure shipped experiences match design intent across states, edge cases, permissions, errors, and interaction details.
  • Develop reusable patterns for queues, task lists, status tracking, bulk actions, review flows, alerts, audit trails, and data confidence.
  • Use prototypes, artifacts, tradeoff framing, and direct communication to align stakeholders and keep work moving.
  • Improve provider operations workflows by turning insights into product experiences that increase clarity, trust, adoption, and efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5 to 7+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, workflow products, internal tools, healthcare operations, automation, or complex operational environments.
  • A portfolio demonstrating strong product judgment, workflow simplification, systems thinking, and shipped outcomes.
  • Strong craft in information architecture, interaction design, visual hierarchy, usability, and production-quality execution.
  • Ability to connect design work to customer and business outcomes such as adoption, retention, trust, efficiency, accuracy, or reduced support burden.
  • Technical curiosity and fluency to reason through workflow logic, automation behavior, system constraints, and implementation tradeoffs with Engineering.
  • Clear, direct communication that aligns the team and stakeholders quickly.
  • Experience using AI, prototyping, data, and technical tools to learn faster and ship better product (preferred mindset).

  • Base compensation of $150,000 to $200,000.
