Description

  • Create responsive and adaptive UI/UX designs, mockups, and interactive prototypes based on user, business, and technical needs.
  • Apply user-centered design methods, research, feedback, analytics, and usability testing to validate solutions.
  • Contribute to and maintain design system components, patterns, and documentation.
  • Prepare implementation-ready designs and specifications and support developer handoff.
  • Review implemented features against approved designs and identify discrepancies, usability issues, and improvements.
  • Collaborate with designers, business analysts, product managers, developers, QA specialists, and technical writers.
  • Present design solutions and rationale to stakeholders, incorporate feedback, and iterate.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant product, UI, or UX design experience and a portfolio of digital product work.
  • Strong knowledge of UI, visual, UX, and interaction design, including user flows, wireframing, and responsive/adaptive interfaces.
  • Proficiency in Figma, including components, variables, prototyping, and developer handoff.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows and the ability to critically evaluate AI outputs.
  • Working knowledge of design systems, WCAG 2.2, Apple Human Interface Guidelines, and Material Design 3.
  • Knowledge of user-centered design methods and experience using research, analytics, feedback, and usability testing.
  • Understanding of product and software development processes, Agile practices, and basic front-end constraints.
  • Ability to work independently, learn quickly, collaborate effectively, and clearly explain design decisions.
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
  • Experience with advanced prototyping, motion design, or Adobe Creative Cloud applications is preferred.
