Description

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create human-centered experiences aligned with business and brand strategies.
  • Research problem spaces, identify user needs, and recommend client opportunities.
  • Lead and conduct contextual inquiries, interviews, workshops, usability studies, competitive UX analyses, feature audits, and heuristic evaluations.
  • Synthesize research findings and strategic recommendations into compelling presentation narratives.
  • Translate data and strategy into experience architecture, including sitemaps and wireframes.
  • Communicate research findings and recommendations to design and development teams.
  • Create experience journeys and roadmaps that bring brands to life for users.
  • Collaborate with copy, visual design, and development partners to deliver finished experiences.

Requirements

  • Approximately 5 years of agency or consultancy experience.
  • Experience working in or adapting to a startup environment.
  • Portfolio demonstrating strategy, experience architecture, and recommendations.
  • Fluency with design and collaboration tools such as Figma and Miro.
  • Ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative UX research and translate findings into actionable strategies.
  • Comfort working with ambiguity and driving clarity across complex projects.
  • This is a contract engagement requiring 20–40 hours per week for 4–5 months.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and complete required I-9 employment verification.
