Description

  • Own the Agentic CMS experience from discovery and UX strategy through prototyping, execution, and delivery.
  • Define workflows for authoring, organizing, governing, localizing, and publishing content across sites and channels.
  • Design intuitive, trustworthy experiences for both marketing teams and AI agents.
  • Maintain a coherent experience model across interconnected CMS and Webflow platform surfaces.
  • Partner with product managers, engineers, and researchers to shape product strategy, content models, APIs, and data architecture.
  • Present design work, tradeoffs, and strategic perspectives to cross-functional partners and senior leaders.
  • Raise standards for product craft, design processes, and AI-assisted workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating substantive work on complex, ambiguous products.
  • Experience designing content systems, multi-user workflows, or agentic experiences preferred.
  • Demonstrated systems thinking across interconnected product surfaces.
  • Ability to collaborate deeply with engineers on API design, data modeling, and content architecture.
  • Strong interaction and visual design skills.
  • Fluency with AI-assisted design workflows, including code-based prototyping and AI tools.
  • Ability to balance long-term systems thinking with focused, high-quality delivery.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-influence skills, including presenting tradeoffs to senior leaders.
  • Valid authorization to work in the applicable country; role is remote-first in the United States, British Columbia, or Ontario.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $168,300–$230,000 USD in the United States, or $209,000–$251,000 CAD in Canada, depending on location and qualifications.
