Description

  • Respond to customer support inquiries through ticketing systems, email, Slack, and chat within SLA timeframes.
  • Triage incoming requests by assessing severity, impact, and the correct resolution path.
  • Resolve common technical issues such as login problems, access permissions, navigation issues, and report generation.
  • Escalate complex technical and data issues to Technical Support Engineers with clear context and reproduction steps.
  • Guide customers through platform features, workflows, reporting, dashboards, data visualization, and common tasks.
  • Troubleshoot basic data questions, validate data availability, and document anomalies or gaps for review.
  • Maintain accurate ticket documentation, internal troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and knowledge base content.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Technical Support Engineers, Product, and Solutions teams.
  • Track support metrics, participate in support coverage rotations, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Continuously build knowledge of the platform, data architecture, measurement methodologies, and marketing technology.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer support, technical support, or customer success in B2B SaaS or technology companies.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills with a customer-friendly, professional tone.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues systematically.
  • Customer-first mindset with patience, empathy, and a commitment to delivering great experiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience using ticketing systems such as Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, or Jira Service Desk, or willingness to learn.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to learn new concepts quickly.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and follow-through.
  • BA/BS preferred, with a background in business, communications, or a related field.
  • Intermediate familiarity with marketing platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or LinkedIn Ads is preferred.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics is a plus.
  • Basic Excel or Google Sheets skills for data review and validation.
  • Exposure to SQL or data querying is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to handle requests across 20+ clients while meeting expected SLAs.
  • Exposure to AI tools and an agentic approach to operational workflows is a plus.
