Description

  • Deploy, configure, and support CareDx transplant, medication, and patient management platforms.
  • Troubleshoot operating systems, SQL and Oracle databases, and application interfaces.
  • Maintain HL7 interfaces, including custom filtering and performance monitoring.
  • Set up remote connectivity and VPN configurations for customer sites.
  • Manage ticket queues, project timelines, and SLA compliance.
  • Advise customers on software and hardware requirements before deployment and provide ongoing support.
  • Document configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Execute implementation plans independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and improve deployment and support processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in system engineering, implementation, and automation.
  • Proficiency writing complex SQL queries and managing Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle databases.
  • Experience with SAP Crystal Reports and software interface troubleshooting.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Active Directory and VPN protocols, including Cisco, Nortel, and RDP.
  • Availability to be on call one week per month.
  • Biomedical systems engineering experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with IIS Web Services, website management, data conversions, and network administration preferred.
  • Knowledge of Python, C++, or JavaScript preferred.
