Description

  • Support account strategists with project coordination, client preparation, and internal task management.
  • Assist with SEO research, content briefs, on-page updates, and reporting.
  • Support writing, editing, and production of blog posts, web copy, and social captions.
  • Perform paid media campaign quality checks, reporting data pulls, and basic optimization tasks.
  • Schedule social media posts, manage communities, and maintain content calendars.
  • Assist with creative production, including light asset resizing and file organization.
  • Learn and contribute to day-to-day operations across agency departments.
  • Share observations, questions, and ideas while working across teams.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in one or more digital marketing functions, such as SEO, content, paid media, social, or account management.
  • Curiosity about digital marketing channels and how they work together to deliver client results.
  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to adapt tone to different contexts.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks reliably.
  • Comfort asking questions, taking direction, following processes, and flagging issues.
  • Exposure to SEO tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, or Google Search Console preferred.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads or Meta Ads Manager preferred.
  • Experience with Asana, Monday, or Notion preferred.
  • Background in legal industry or professional services preferred.
  • Basic familiarity with WordPress, web content management, Canva, or other design tools preferred.
