Description

  • Own and drive the organization’s social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Create and publish high-volume, channel-specific content daily across all active platforms.
  • Edit video content from raw and finished footage and produce platform-ready assets.
  • Design graphics and templates in Figma and other design tools for social content.
  • Write compelling copy for posts, campaigns, and other social formats in the brand voice.
  • Build and manage the content calendar from ideation through publishing.
  • Engage with members, affiliates, and audience members in real time as the primary social voice.
  • Track performance metrics and provide data-driven reporting and recommendations to leadership.
  • Develop platform strategies and campaign plans aligned to U.S. audience behavior.
  • Use AI and productivity tools as part of the content creation and workflow process.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of hands-on social media management experience focused on the U.S. market.
  • Proven copywriting ability with a strong portfolio or samples across multiple platforms and formats.
  • Experience managing high-volume posting schedules with multiple posts per day across platforms.
  • Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience working with raw footage formats such as .R3D, .BRAW, .ProRes, and .MOV, including color correction, audio, and motion graphics.
  • Proficiency with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, plus working knowledge of Figma.
  • Canva alone is not sufficient for this role.
  • Proficiency with AI content and productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, or Canva AI, with a responsible approach that preserves brand authenticity.
  • Experience with social media management platforms such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or Later.
  • Experience building and executing social strategies tied to marketing or membership campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of platform algorithms, best practices, and content formats for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X/Twitter, and TikTok.
  • Availability to work remotely and be online from 10 am to 3 pm EST.
  • Occasional travel is required, including U.S. visa eligibility.
  • Experience in member or stakeholder engagement or association environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with paid social advertising and ability to collaborate with an ads team is preferred.
  • Experience with social listening tools such as Brandwatch, Sprout, or Mention is preferred.
  • Background in or familiarity with ecommerce is preferred.

  • Salary of $3,000–$3,500 USD per month.
