Description

  • Configure Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications to meet business requirements across sales, service, and customer engagement scenarios.
  • Build and configure Power Platform components, including Dataverse tables, model-driven apps, Power Automate workflows, and security roles.
  • Support the design and configuration of business processes, workflows, and automation within the platform.
  • Assist with system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure solutions function effectively and meet business needs.
  • Work with project teams and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into system capabilities.
  • Document functional requirements, user stories, and configuration specifications.
  • Support Solution Architects and Functional Leads in validating solution alignment with business processes and technical architecture.
  • Participate in solution demonstrations, working sessions, and stakeholder feedback sessions.
  • Support implementation activities including configuration, data preparation, testing, deployment, and issue resolution.
  • Contribute to training materials, user adoption activities, internal knowledge sharing, and reusable solution assets.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement or related CRM platforms.
  • Hands-on experience configuring Dynamics 365 applications or Power Platform components.
  • Experience supporting software implementation or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint to create clear, compelling presentations.
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a strong desire to grow within a consulting environment.
  • Readiness to travel up to 30%.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific best practices, industry experience, or consulting experience preferred.
  • Exposure to CRM-related business processes such as sales operations, customer service workflows, or customer lifecycle management preferred.
  • Power Platform Functional Consultant certification such as PL-200 or MB-210 preferred, or ability to obtain it within 6 months of hire.
