Description

  • Lead one or more high-risk, high-complexity ERP and/or CRM implementation projects.
  • Direct the implementation of large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects across multiple client locations.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, cost estimates, resource plans, communication plans, risk mitigation plans, and issue resolution plans.
  • Manage project scope, deliverables, expectations, schedule, and prioritization decisions.
  • Provide leadership to functional, business, and technical team members involved in the project.
  • Coordinate with resource management to secure adequate staffing and resource allocation.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to executives, management, and stakeholders through reports and briefings.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasting, predictive financial analysis, customer invoicing, and accounts receivable.
  • Collaborate closely with technical project team members to achieve project goals.
  • Apply PMI and MCA Connect delivery standards to project execution.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience directly managing software implementation deployments.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (ERP) and/or CE/CRM is a plus.
  • Experience across all phases of IT implementation methodologies, including Diagnosis, Analysis, Design, Development, Deployment, and Operation.
  • Understanding of enterprise-wide IT strategy and integrated solution design.
  • Ability to work closely with key business stakeholders to communicate progress and vision.
  • Ability to allocate resources effectively across project phases and monitor performance.
  • Consensus-driven management style with the ability to support a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership, team-building, and motivational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Microsoft SureStep certification is preferred.
  • PMI certification is preferred.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
  • Six Sigma certification or training is preferred.
