Description

  • Lead end-to-end technical architecture for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform programs.
  • Own technical design across configuration, custom code, integrations, security, Azure services, and third-party tools.
  • Partner with functional architects to translate business requirements into scalable solution components and implementation work packages.
  • Define and govern ALM, DevOps, branching, release management, deployment, testing, and production readiness.
  • Set Azure DevOps standards for source control, pipelines, approvals, environment promotion, and traceability.
  • Provide technical leadership through design reviews, code reviews, build guidance, and issue resolution.
  • Assess integration, data migration, security, performance, licensing, and non-functional requirements to identify delivery risk.
  • Support presales with technical discovery, architecture options, estimates, assumptions, risk language, ROMs, and SOW input.
  • Validate solution feasibility during delivery and help transition presales commitments into executable plans.
  • Identify appropriate use cases for Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and automation with responsible AI and governance considerations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Dataverse, model-driven apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Power Platform administration.
  • Deep understanding of Dataverse security, business units, teams, roles, field-level security, auditing, data model design, and environment strategy.
  • Experience designing integrations using APIs, Azure Integration Services, Service Bus, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, dataflows, virtual tables, Dual-write, and/or third-party middleware.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint document integration, Outlook integration, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric concepts.
  • Ability to communicate architecture decisions to executives, business stakeholders, technical teams, and delivery leadership in plain business language.
  • Recommended certifications: PL-600 or successor path, PL-400, PL-200, MB-280, and/or relevant D365 CE credentials.
  • Azure fundamentals or architecture credentials are preferred.
  • Experience with AI/Copilot capabilities, security, and data governance is preferred.
