Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from pipeline generation through closing six-figure enterprise deals.
  • Identify and close new enterprise customers while expanding Matillion’s footprint in existing accounts.
  • Develop and execute a territory strategy to maximize new customer acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborate with SDR, marketing, and channel partners to generate and advance opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with technology and consulting partners to create new business opportunities.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and solution architecture teams.
  • Uncover customer technical challenges and translate them into business value propositions for stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Navigate enterprise software contracts and RFP processes.
  • Manage pipeline effectively and independently source, develop, and onboard new customers.
  • Continuously learn and apply new sales techniques to improve performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience in a complex technology solution-selling environment.
  • Consistent achievement and overachievement of $1M+ ARR quotas.
  • Track record of sourcing and closing six-figure deals.
  • Experience using sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Force Management, or Value Selling.
  • Ability to navigate large enterprise software contracts and RFP processes.
  • Proven ability to independently source, manage, develop, and onboard new customers.
  • Strong pipeline management skills.
  • Ability to quickly identify technical challenges and communicate clear business value.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers in a direct sales and partnership-led environment (preferred).

Benefits

  • Estimated annual base salary of $106,500 - $160,000.
  • Total on-target annual earnings of $213,000 - $320,000 with commission.
