Description

  • Work closely with the client-side Product Owner to align on product direction and priorities.
  • Learn user needs and the product rationale, then communicate them clearly to the team.
  • Support both discovery and delivery stages of product implementation.
  • Manage the product roadmap and product backlog.
  • Prepare clear requirements for the development team.
  • Ensure timely delivery of product work.
  • Negotiate scope and explain technical aspects to clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Scrum teams of 4-12 people.
  • Collect feedback from the team and provide feedback to the team.
  • Conduct client workshops and facilitate discussions when needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst for a SaaS product, or in a BA/Proxy Product Owner role supporting SaaS product development.
  • Experience working in Agile projects.
  • Strong experience working with English-speaking, United States-based clients through meetings, talks, and workshops.
  • Experience writing requirements, creating process flows, and communicating them to development teams.
  • Ability to conduct workshops with clients using different workshop techniques.
  • Excellent command of Polish and English at C1 level.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand both high-level context and detailed project needs.
  • Excellent self-management, decision-making, and ownership mindset.
  • Open-minded, problem-solving approach with strong communication and assertiveness.
  • Preferred experience working with Senior Executives, understanding web development technical concepts, or working with American stakeholders.
