Description

  • Partner with client Product Owners to translate business goals into product direction, priorities, and decisions.
  • Understand client business models, users, markets, product strategies, and success metrics.
  • Lead product discovery and delivery activities.
  • Manage product roadmaps and backlogs based on measurable business and user outcomes.
  • Write and clarify requirements, process flows, and next steps for development teams.
  • Ensure timely product delivery while negotiating scope and explaining technical considerations to clients.
  • Advise stakeholders on trade-offs involving value, user needs, complexity, risk, and time to market.
  • Challenge requests constructively and recommend alternative solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to resolve ambiguity and reach decisions.
  • Identify product opportunities, risks, and gaps, and collaborate with cross-functional Scrum teams of 4–12 people.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst for a SaaS product, or supporting clients developing SaaS products.
  • Experience working in Agile projects.
  • Fluent Polish and English at a minimum C1 level.
  • Experience writing requirements, creating process flows, and communicating with development teams.
  • Ability to conduct client workshops using varied facilitation techniques.
  • Strong business and product thinking, including understanding business models, users, markets, and success metrics.
  • Excellent organization, communication, self-management, decision-making, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work with English-speaking, US-based clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to structure and visualize ideas clearly in real time.
  • Preferred: experience with senior executives, American stakeholders, or web development concepts.
