Description

  • Lead requirements workshops, interviews, and process walkthroughs with Ordering, CPG Operations, and Finance stakeholders.
  • Facilitate collaboration between business leaders, Technology, and IT to keep projects on schedule.
  • Author and maintain user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, and the product backlog.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications, process flows, and integration documentation.
  • Serve as the liaison between business partners and development teams throughout the SDLC, managing scope, risk, and status.
  • Maintain technical specifications, integration maps, configuration guides, and operational runbooks.
  • Support Ordering and CPG operations, integration projects, and Level 3 application triage.
  • Define MVP scope, launch readiness criteria, and phased capability roadmaps with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate on sprint planning and release sequencing while managing dependencies and business priorities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience supporting Manufacturing Operations.
  • Strong technical background with experience troubleshooting, documenting, and testing application issues.
  • Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills for investigating issues and identifying improvements.
  • Project management and organizational skills, including maintaining project visibility for stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of the supported business domain and its systems, capabilities, and integrations.
  • Experience with Order Management, CPG, ERP, and related operational systems preferred.
  • Experience in highly regulated industries preferred.
  • Experience creating application process flow and architectural integration diagrams preferred.
  • Experience using AI tools such as Claude for requirements documentation, user stories, and application mockups preferred.
  • Must pass background checks, meet industry and company regulations, hold a valid driver’s license, be at least 21, and receive state badging approval for the cannabis industry.

Benefits

  • Remote position; Chicagoland candidates preferred.
  • Salary range of $75,000–$85,000 USD based on experience, qualifications, and location.
  • Potential eligibility for a discretionary annual incentive based on organizational and individual performance.
