Description

  • Attend project meetings with Proxy Product Owners and stakeholders.
  • Gather client requirements, manage needs, and maintain transparency throughout the process.
  • Maintain and update the product roadmap.
  • Lead and coordinate the work of developers, QA specialists, and Product Designers.
  • Learn and apply best practices for product ownership and project delivery.
  • Develop the ability to describe business processes and extract business requirements from clients.
  • Ask the right questions to clarify needs and improve solution quality.
  • Support client and team conversations with simple visuals such as flows, diagrams, and step-by-step breakdowns.
  • Participate in workshops and meetings with clients and colleagues.
  • Continuously grow through certified courses and recommended books.

Requirements

  • Excellent command of Polish and English, both written and spoken, at minimum C1 level.
  • Openness to AI and automation tools.
  • First experience in managing projects, coordinating tasks, or leading initiatives, including work, internships, or student organizations.
  • Tech-savvy and growth-oriented mindset.
  • Interest in the IT field.
  • Curiosity about AI and AI-driven solutions that improve work efficiency.
  • Practical knowledge of using AI in projects.
  • Ability to turn ideas into simple visuals on the spot.
  • Willingness to learn how to conduct workshops and run meetings with clients and colleagues.
  • Project management experience from other industries or student activities is required.
  • Nice to have: Agile mindset and flexibility.
  • Nice to have: Good self-management and decision-making skills.
  • Nice to have: Theoretical knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
  • Nice to have: Experience conducting discussions and meetings with clients.
