Description

  • Attend project meetings with Product Owners, clients, delivery teams, and stakeholders.
  • Gather client requirements, manage needs, and maintain process transparency and product roadmaps.
  • Lead cross-functional teams of developers, QA specialists, and Product Designers.
  • Conduct client workshops and meetings to clarify business needs and requirements.
  • Translate ideas into simple flows, diagrams, and step-by-step visuals for client discussions.
  • Describe business processes and ask questions to uncover project requirements.
  • Learn and apply product management best practices with support from experienced MasterBorn Product Owners.
  • Develop knowledge through recommended certified courses and books.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of commercial project management experience.
  • First commercial experience managing projects, coordinating tasks, or leading initiatives.
  • Excellent written and spoken Polish and English at minimum C1 level.
  • Knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience working with technical teams, including developers and designers.
  • Experience conducting workshops or meetings with external business clients; American-client experience is preferred.
  • Practical experience using AI in projects and openness to AI-driven solutions and automation tools.
  • Tech-savvy, analytical, communicative, assertive, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively, self-manage, make decisions, and adapt within Agile environments.
  • Knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies and project management skills is preferred.
