Description

Attend project meetings with Product Owners, clients, delivery teams, and stakeholders.
Gather client requirements, manage needs, and maintain process transparency and product roadmaps.
Lead cross-functional teams of developers, QA specialists, and Product Designers.
Conduct client workshops and meetings to clarify business needs and requirements.
Translate ideas into simple flows, diagrams, and step-by-step visuals for client discussions.
Describe business processes and ask questions to uncover project requirements.
Learn and apply product management best practices with support from experienced MasterBorn Product Owners.
Develop knowledge through recommended certified courses and books.

Requirements

At least 1 year of commercial project management experience.
First commercial experience managing projects, coordinating tasks, or leading initiatives.
Excellent written and spoken Polish and English at minimum C1 level.
Knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
Experience working with technical teams, including developers and designers.
Experience conducting workshops or meetings with external business clients; American-client experience is preferred.
Practical experience using AI in projects and openness to AI-driven solutions and automation tools.
Tech-savvy, analytical, communicative, assertive, and solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to collaborate effectively, self-manage, make decisions, and adapt within Agile environments.
Knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies and project management skills is preferred.
