Description

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues remotely.
  • Own customer issues from initial contact through resolution.
  • Respond to customer escalations and inquiries about hardware and software.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of deployment systems and supporting software.
  • Support customers through chat, email, and video conferencing.
  • Use support documentation to review and resolve issues.
  • Serve as a go-to product expert for customers, clients, and internal team members.
  • Travel occasionally to help deploy and launch new locations and assist customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Prior IT Helpdesk experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Self-starter who can work independently with minimal assistance.
  • Relentlessly resourceful and able to solve complex problems creatively.
  • Comfort with a fast-paced, dynamic support environment.
  • Preferred: experience using ServiceNow.
  • Preferred: strong technical ability, including installing drivers, diagnosing system issues, and building PCs using off-the-shelf components.
  • Preferred: ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
  • Approximately 10% travel is expected.
