Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day account operations and ongoing client needs.
  • Build strong working relationships across the customer’s organization.
  • Partner with cross-functional internal teams to deliver timely, effective solutions.
  • Proactively communicate to ensure seamless execution and high-quality client service.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive incremental account growth.
  • Monitor account performance and use data to model, plan, and support growth.
  • Support cross-functional efforts by connecting people and ideas to drive innovation.
  • Lead strategic conversations with customers and challenge teams to develop creative solutions.
  • Participate in business reviews and use data-driven insights to inform decisions.
  • Collaborate with banking operations teams and external banking partners to complete critical submissions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of global enterprise account management experience in the payments industry.
  • Strong communication skills, including interpersonal, verbal, presentation, written, and email communication.
  • Demonstrated experience creating and executing strategic account plans.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Familiarity with fintech, banking, or payments, with first-hand knowledge preferred.
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Experience with high-growth fintechs and financial services companies is preferred.
  • Card issuing and processing experience.
  • Proven experience growing and scaling strategic or enterprise accounts.
  • Track record of managing global customers with multi-region stakeholders.
  • Proven cross-selling and upselling experience, including identifying new revenue streams based on customer needs.
  • Experience partnering with banking operations teams and external banking partners to drive critical submissions to completion.
