Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operations and ongoing client needs for a large global strategic account.
  • Build strong working relationships across the customer’s organization to support account health and growth.
  • Partner with cross-functional internal teams to deliver timely, effective solutions and seamless execution.
  • Identify process improvements and opportunities to drive incremental growth within the account.
  • Monitor account performance using data and planning to support growth and informed decisions.
  • Collaborate across teams and stakeholders to connect people, ideas, and resources that drive innovation.
  • Lead strategic account discussions and challenge customers and internal teams to develop creative solutions.
  • Support business reviews, critical submissions, and other high-priority account activities.
  • Manage global customers with multi-region stakeholders and maintain proactive communication.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities and new revenue streams based on customer needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of global enterprise account management experience in the payments industry.
  • Strong communication skills, including interpersonal, verbal, presentation, written, and email communication.
  • Track record of creating and executing strategic account plans.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Familiarity with fintech, banking, or payments.
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Experience or familiarity with high-growth fintechs and financial services companies.
  • Card issuing and processing experience.
  • Proven experience growing and scaling strategic or enterprise accounts.
  • Experience partnering with banking operations teams and external banking partners to drive submissions to completion.
  • Proven track record of managing global customers with multi-region stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of cross-selling and upselling.
  • Experience participating in business reviews and using data-driven strategies.
  • Positive attitude, teamwork, adaptability, and resourcefulness.
  • Deep knowledge of financial services disruption or a strong desire to learn the fintech space.

  • OTE range of $143,000 - $178,800 nationally, $154,900 - $193,600 in Premium locations, and $168,300 - $210,400 in Premium Plus locations.
