Description

  • Own the entire Real Time Decisioning product suite and 3D Secure authentication solutions.
  • Define and execute product strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Lead product vision and roadmap while building alignment across leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Develop AI-powered fraud management and frictionless authentication products that balance security, customer experience, and business outcomes.
  • Own the full P&L for the product suite and drive adoption and optimization of fraud and authentication solutions.
  • Partner with engineering, data scientists, risk operations, legal, GTM, and marketing to deliver products successfully.
  • Gather and prioritize feature inputs based on value, effort, usability, priority, and customer needs.
  • Create Product Requirement Documents and define success metrics for product initiatives.
  • Act as a technical advisor to educate customers through meetings, presentations, and other forums.
  • Support go-to-market efforts by creating collateral, presentations, and training materials.
  • Use hands-on AI and prototyping skills to validate concepts, build proof-of-concepts, and accelerate delivery.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience delivering fraud, risk, and/or authentication solutions.
  • Proven ability to set vision and strategy for a portfolio of products and execute end to end.
  • Experience recruiting, growing, and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong interest in AI with hands-on building, prototyping, or side projects.
  • Fluency with modern prototyping tools such as Cursor, Replit, and Claude Code.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
  • Ability to work with a hands-on, accountable, root-cause-driven leadership style.
  • Strong understanding of the payment industry ecosystem, including card brand regulations, ISO 8583, EMV, and digital wallets, preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of EMV 3DS 2.x, card network authentication programs, and PSD2 Strong Customer Authentication requirements, preferred.
  • Knowledge of biometric authentication, tokenization, and identity verification methods, preferred.
  • Experience applying machine learning or AI models in production fraud or authentication systems, preferred.
