Description

  • Lead the product vision and strategy for the next generation issuance and processing platform.
  • Drive modernization, service abstraction, scalability, and platform performance improvements.
  • Own product areas across issuing, fulfillment, processing, ledger, tokenization, and customer onboarding and enablement.
  • Bridge strategy, delivery, and operational excellence to continuously deliver customer value.
  • Shape operating models for medium-scale engineering organizations.
  • Align customer needs, operational realities, and long-term product investments.
  • Embed support insights into product planning and prioritization to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Create executive-level visibility into production health, product performance, and platform risk.
  • Mentor and grow a senior product organization with cross-functional leadership and operational rigor.
  • Translate external signals such as regulatory, network, and market changes into product strategy.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in product management leadership, ideally in payments, fintech, or SaaS platforms.
  • Experience setting vision and strategy for a portfolio of products and turning it into a roadmap with end-to-end execution.
  • High EQ and demonstrated experience coaching and growing diverse, high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to business audiences and influence at all levels.
  • Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem, including card brand regulations, ISO 8583, EMV, digital wallets, gateway services, and security services.
  • Technical familiarity with APIs, cloud services, distributed systems, and production support practices such as observability, incident management, and SLAs/SLOs.
  • Ability to identify key metrics and balance quantitative and qualitative data in decision-making.
  • Curiosity and familiarity with new technologies, APIs, programming languages, and databases.
  • Hands-on, accountable leadership style focused on root-cause analysis, ownership, and execution.
  • Preferred: experience managing technical products such as SaaS platform services or API/SDK products.
  • Preferred: experience implementing solutions processing 100M+ transactions per day.
  • Preferred: experience building fintech products or strong developer experiences.
  • Preferred: experience with reconciliation systems, money movement, HSMs, and key management.
  • Preferred: familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.

  • Competitive base salary with location-based pay tiers: National $198,100-$247,600, Premium $214,400-$268,000, and Premium Plus $233,000-$291,300.
