Description

  • Design and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) tools.
  • Translate complex business and industry-specific requirements into scalable, performant technical designs.
  • Build and maintain custom applications, integrations, and automations.
  • Use Copado for CI/CD, version control, release management, and automated deployments.
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices across the Salesforce development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to deliver user-centric features.
  • Lead troubleshooting, debugging, and production support for live Salesforce environments.
  • Stay current on Salesforce and Vlocity platform releases, features, and best practices.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Salesforce development experience, including at least 1+ year with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity).
  • Deep knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce platform architecture.
  • Experience implementing Vlocity components such as DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, Omniscripts, and FlexCards.
  • Proficiency with Copado or similar DevOps tools for deployment and release management.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and integration patterns.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required.
  • Platform Developer II, Vlocity certifications, and/or Copado certification are strong pluses.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and middleware tools.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with coding design patterns.
