Description

  • Deliver planning and budget refinement for banking projects.
  • Lead and coordinate the business change management team.
  • Manage project coordination and governance activities.
  • Engage and communicate with stakeholders, including senior stakeholders.
  • Manage project communications across teams and workstreams.
  • Coordinate IT functional changes, testing, and rollout activities.
  • Oversee operational TOM coordination and dependency management.
  • Coordinate testing and manage change requests.
  • Work closely with distributed teams to ensure project delivery and continuity.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
  • Proven end-to-end project management track record.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and managing expectations.
  • Ability to prevent and mitigate conflict of interests through strong stakeholder management.
  • Experience in investment banking or institutional banking is required.
  • Experience in securities services or the fund industry is an asset.
  • Experience with financial market infrastructure such as SWIFT or platforms like Clearstream is preferred.
  • Experience working in global and dispersed teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure.
  • Open-minded approach and initiative-taking attitude.
