Description

  • Design, develop, and evolve high-performance C#/.NET services for XVA, liquidity, and cash-forecasting workflows.
  • Contribute to the migration of backend services to a modern event-driven architecture.
  • Implement asynchronous, message-driven communication using Rebus and support data integrity.
  • Participate in full-cycle DevOps processes, including source control, CI/CD pipelines, and configuration management.
  • Apply LLMs and agentic AI to improve coding efficiency, code review, and automated testing.
  • Provide technical mentorship, conduct code reviews, and promote best-practice engineering patterns.
  • Deliver high-quality software under tight deadlines while maintaining strong documentation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience with C#/.NET, including Windows Services, ASP.NET Web API, and SignalR.
  • Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
  • Proven experience with service-oriented architectures and asynchronous messaging using Rebus.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS SQL and hands-on experience with Git/Bitbucket, TeamCity/Jenkins, and Ansible.
  • Familiarity with ORM libraries such as Dapper and version-controlled build pipelines.
  • Practical experience with LLM capabilities in software development and agentic AI engineering in an enterprise environment.
  • Excellent English communication skills at C1 level.
  • Front-end development experience with HTML, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Redux is a plus.
  • Financial domain knowledge is preferred, including financial products, PnL explain, risk metrics, XVA, liquidity risk, cash forecasting, balance sheet metrics, and pre-trade calculation workflows.
