Description

  • Implement and manage QA processes across enterprise platforms, including test strategy, test case execution, defect validation, and reporting.
  • Serve as the testing subject-matter expert for Oracle NetSuite and middleware services.
  • Establish functional, feature, and regression testing approaches and report testing progress.
  • Partner with business, product, and development teams throughout solution design, implementation, testing, and delivery.
  • Coordinate onsite and offshore QA teams to meet project timelines.
  • Analyze test results and recommend corrective actions.
  • Lead UAT sessions and demonstrate test-case impacts on Oracle ERP journal entries.
  • Write SQL queries to validate data ingestion, integrations, databases, and downstream application outputs.
  • Support ecommerce, CMS, responsive design, D2C, warehouse, and order-processing testing initiatives.
  • Maintain organized test documentation and develop functional expertise in inventory and financial systems.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience owning QA strategy and execution for complex enterprise applications.
  • Experience with test planning, test case design, regression testing, defect validation, reporting, and release readiness.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.
  • Hands-on experience testing ERP, financial, inventory, and order management systems.
  • Experience with Oracle NetSuite and retail financial and inventory workflows.
  • Experience leading UAT with business stakeholders and translating requirements into test scenarios.
  • Ability to write SQL queries to validate data ingestion, integrations, and application outputs.
  • Hands-on experience testing ecommerce applications such as Shopify, Braintree, Klarna, and CMS platforms.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-partnership skills.
  • Experience coordinating onsite and offshore QA teams and working in Agile environments.
