Description

  • Collaborate with remote linguists and subject matter experts to create high-quality language curriculum content.
  • Implement large-scale content revisions in line with Mango Languages’ standards.
  • Review and polish language learning materials for consistency, design, functionality, and ADA compliance.
  • Serve as copy editor for course content and supplemental materials.
  • Communicate effectively and respectfully with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support documentation of internal processes and team workflows.
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks and operations for the linguist team.
  • Attend and participate in regular team meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience reviewing and copy editing educational materials.
  • Experience with administrative tasks such as file management and documentation.
  • Passion for learning about languages and cultures.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Suite, especially Google Slides, preferred.
  • Ability to learn and apply ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) standards in work.
  • Global perspective with international experience.
  • Experience having learned a second language preferred.
  • Reliable internet connection.
  • Ability to manage large-scale projects and repetitive detail-oriented tasks independently.
  • Strong communication skills, responsiveness, organization, and ability to receive and give feedback.
