Description

  • Generate net-new pipeline through cold outbound outreach using calls, emails, and LinkedIn sequencing.
  • Execute a territory plan focused on manufacturing plants and multi-site manufacturers aligned to the ideal customer profile.
  • Maintain high daily outbound activity to consistently create new opportunities without relying on inbound leads.
  • Use ZoomInfo, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and prospect target accounts and contacts.
  • Leverage Generative AI tools to personalize outreach at scale and improve conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and use Gong to refine messaging and discovery techniques.
  • Conduct initial discovery conversations with manufacturing stakeholders to uncover factory-floor pain points.
  • Communicate the ROI-driven value proposition of Maneva’s AI platform to technical and business buyers.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and plant leadership during qualification and discovery.
  • Build pipeline from scratch in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of B2B sales development or outside/inside sales experience, preferably in a SaaS or startup environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas for qualified leads and meetings.
  • Experience navigating the manufacturing space or selling into factory environments.
  • Expertise with modern outbound tooling, specifically ZoomInfo, Salesforce, and Apollo.
  • Experience with or strong interest in Generative AI and conversational intelligence tools like Gong.
  • Strong discipline in territory planning and executing repeatable outbound sequences.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
  • Experience communicating complex technical value propositions to both technical and business buyers is preferred.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred.

  • Base salary range of $50,000–$80,000 per year.
