Description

  • Conduct organizational studies and operational evaluations.
  • Design systems, procedures, and process improvements.
  • Conduct work simplification and measurement studies.
  • Prepare operations and procedures manuals.
  • Support management efficiency and effectiveness in a government environment.
  • Support methodology planning, change management, risk registers, dependency tracking, and process documentation.
  • Assist with transition, governance, and continuous improvement artifacts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, accounting, or another business-related field.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting organizational studies and evaluations.
  • Demonstrated experience designing systems and procedures.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting work simplification and measurement studies.
  • Demonstrated experience preparing operations and procedure manuals in a government environment.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
  • Ability to complete IRS suitability / staff-like access requirements.
  • Experience improving federal cybersecurity, audit, compliance, or IT service delivery processes (preferred).
  • Experience with SOPs, process maps, risk registers, change control logs, QASP, PMPs, and governance artifacts (preferred).
  • IRS / Treasury / Publication 1075 / Safeguards experience (preferred).
