Description

  • Configure, deploy, tune, and sustain enterprise monitoring solutions.
  • Develop dashboards, alerts, automation, and event management workflows using Splunk SOAR and Ansible.
  • Support integration testing and production rollout activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate monitoring requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues across monitoring, alerting, and telemetry pipelines to maintain reliability and minimize downtime.
  • Document configurations, standard operating procedures, and lessons learned for knowledge transfer.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of experience configuring and supporting enterprise monitoring tools in secured environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Working knowledge of ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and CMDB integration.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across monitoring, alerting, and telemetry pipelines.
  • Ability to work independently in a secured enterprise environment with minimal oversight.
  • Experience with Splunk SOAR and/or Ansible for automation and event management workflows preferred.
