Description

  • Contribute to campaign ideation and develop social-first creative concepts for always-on content, campaigns, and activations.
  • Translate ideas into strong visual directions, key visuals, layouts, and content assets across digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, social strategists, and cross-functional teams to develop integrated creative solutions.
  • Create and adapt visual assets for social, digital, CRM, and occasional offline touchpoints.
  • Stay informed on social trends, internet culture, and platform behaviours to inspire relevant creative work.
  • Ensure creative outputs align with brand guidelines while supporting the evolution of brand expression.
  • Support campaigns from concept through delivery, maintaining consistency and quality throughout execution.
  • Work with stakeholders to interpret briefs and refine creative outputs based on feedback.
  • Manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and craft quality.
  • Support internal reviews and quality checks to ensure deliverables meet creative standards.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in an Art Director, Designer, or Social Creative role.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating integrated campaign thinking, social-first creativity, and high-quality visual execution.
  • Deep understanding of social platforms, digital culture, and audience behaviour.
  • Ability to move between strategic thinking, creative ideation, and hands-on execution.
  • Strong visual storytelling skills across multiple formats and touchpoints.
  • Comfort collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and working through stakeholder feedback.
  • Experience in agency, social, integrated marketing, or in-house creative environments is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.
