Description

  • Own the creation of short- and long-form videos, including product explainers, social clips, hiring campaigns, testimonials, company updates, and educational content.
  • Develop motion graphics and light animations that simplify technical concepts and strengthen storytelling.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and leadership to plan and produce content aligned with campaign goals.
  • Transform raw footage, screen recordings, interviews, and demos into polished, on-brand video assets.
  • Maintain a consistent visual identity across video formats, platforms, and campaigns.
  • Create storyboards, visual scripts, and narrative flows for video content.
  • Use AI-powered video tools to accelerate production and improve output quality.
  • Optimize videos for distribution across the website, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, and internal channels.
  • Manage and organize project files, templates, and brand assets.
  • Support the broader Marketing Design team with static design assets such as thumbnails, banners, and social visuals when needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in motion design, video editing, or multimedia production, ideally with marketing or product-focused content.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animation, and commercial or marketing video work.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Media Encoder, and Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop for graphic prep.
  • Experience using AI-assisted video tools such as text-to-video, upsampling, voice cleanup, or auto-captioning.
  • Ability to create cohesive stories from scratch, from script and storyboard through edit and final render.
  • Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, brand messaging, and visual communication principles.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to iterate quickly with clear communication.
  • Experience with 3D motion tools such as Blender, Cinema4D, or Unreal is preferred.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX animations or in-product motion is preferred.
  • Experience creating platform-native content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts is preferred.
  • Basic sound design, mixing, or audio cleanup capabilities are preferred.
  • Prior work experience in tech, AI, SaaS, or startup environments is preferred.
