Description

  • Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to ideate, create, and deliver integrated design assets across digital and social channels.
  • Design, lay out, animate, and refine static, animated, and video marketing assets, e-commerce content, and social-first visuals.
  • Develop assets for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Display using the Pencil platform in response to client briefs.
  • Take client briefs from insight and concept through copy, image and video generation, and final creative assembly using GenAI tools and techniques.
  • Optimize and adapt assets for multi-channel rollouts across web, mobile, and social distribution.
  • Implement brand guidelines and maintain visual quality and cohesion across projects.
  • Respond constructively to feedback and iterate designs quickly using GenAI capabilities.
  • Present work to internal teams and explain how GenAI contributed to ideation or execution.
  • Research, evaluate, and experiment with new GenAI tools, then share insights with the wider team.
  • Ensure timely, efficient, and effective delivery of finished assets across multiple projects.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an Integrated Designer with motion skills in an advertising agency, in-house creative team, or design studio.
  • A portfolio demonstrating hands-on creation of both traditional and AI-assisted projects.
  • Working knowledge of GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and Veo3.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and InDesign; Figma is a plus.
  • Strong ability to analyze GenAI-generated outputs, spot subtle errors, and refine results through prompt changes or editing tools.
  • Strong judgment for identifying where and how GenAI can be integrated into the creative workflow.
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI-driven ideation, prompt creation, and static and video asset generation.
  • Strong retouching skills.
  • Strong awareness of digital, social, and e-commerce design standards, including mobile-first best practices and channel adaptation.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with strong written and verbal English proficiency.
  • Remote work from Colombia.
  • Willingness to complete ongoing internal AI training and continuously upskill with approved AI tools, including Pencil.
  • An optimistic, adaptable mindset regarding the opportunities and ethical considerations of GenAI in creative work.
